The brief

Design a collaborative platform that can create ultra-large-scale manufacturing projects and manage them throughout their production life cycle.

The outcome

The Sybridge Internal Project Management System is designed to be robust and adaptable, integrating seamlessly into diverse workflows with minimal disruption. It supports the entire project lifecycle—from brief and estimation to design, production, and logistics—fostering focused and efficient collaboration at every stage.

The experience strategy centered on creating a clear and compelling value exchange at each touchpoint to drive voluntary adoption. As users engage more deeply with the platform, they gain increased visibility into pipelines, access to automated assistance, and enhanced opportunities for co-working and knowledge sharing—making the system more rewarding the more it’s used.
