A service that feels alive, intelligent and relevant. One that takes the mantle of transport partner from the start, rather than being just another sales platform.
Today, Audi needs to deliver an experience that understands a user’s needs at all times throughout the purchase/ownership cycle.
Tomorrow, fewer people will see the need to own a car so automobile manufacturers will need to pivot increasingly from sales towards a service design business model.
