Accessible storytelling platform
My role: Creative Director / UX.

The brief

To partner with Google, The Guardian and the RNIB to create a storytelling experiment designed to adapt to blind & low vision readers. 

The solution

I reached out to the RNIB and established bi-weekly review sessions with usability experts in the field. With their support, I also created a user feedback group made up of our target audience. These participants guided me through the daily challenges they face with similar digital experiences, highlighting common pain points and providing valuable feedback on our designs and prototypes.

This ongoing collaboration allowed us to iterate thoughtfully and improve our work with real user insight. As a result, my team and I were able to develop a sensory experience that resonated strongly with blind and low-vision users.
